Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for all orders above $150.00 in Continental U.S - Except Hawaii and US territories Puerto Rico.
For orders under $150, First Class Shipping via USPS is a $15.00 flat rate anywhere in the United States.
International Shipping Prices vary by territory. See shipping choices by carrier in check-out.
International Orders do not include duties or taxes. Fees will be due upon receipt.
We are not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered.
We are not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company.
If your package is sent back to Niyati Mehta Designs for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.

Return & Refund Policy

We offer returns for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The Return Policy is not applicable on products that are specified as Final Sale. Niyati Mehta Designs retains the right to not accept a return on any goods sold upon review of the condition of the item.
